The Sibley Watson Digital Archive is built on Omeka, and utilizes a number of plugins, including:
- Neatline
- Shortcode Carousel
- Simple Pages
- OpenSeadragon TEI Viewer (developed by the project team at the University of Rochester River Campus Libraries)
To facilitate customized css styling for each page (e.g., distinct background images), Omeka's PHP core was modified so that the page's "slug" was inserted into the <body> tags as an ID attribute.
The project team collaborated using Box.com for shared file storage, and eXist-db and oXygen for developing the project's TEI transcriptions of the textual materials.
