In this undated fragment of a letter in Elizabeth Sibley's hand, she tells of a grand ball being given in the former Freeman Clarke mansion before it is to be acquired by the Rochester Homeopathic Hospital. Maggie Sibley has not yet given birth.  She also mentions the illness of Sarah Munger Conkey, mother of Mrs. Rufus A. Sibley of Sibley's department store.  Mrs. Conkey was to die on February 10, 1893.
