What is your new address?
In this letter from October 22, 1890, James Sibley Watson writes of Emily's new house: "It was pleasant to get your letter of the 18th this morning & learn all about the house & the prospects of your first dinner with a China cook. You must be sure & learn all you can about Chinese cooking—can’t you discover some new & interesting dishes?"
The letter is sent to the Arlington Hotel; in a postscript Jimmie writes: "What is your new address?"
