J.G. writes describing racing the Veritas in the Lake Yacht Racing Association competition in Toronto in the Knockabout class. J.G. did not stay in Toronto for the Canada's Cup race, however, as one of his crew wished to return to Rochester. The Canada's Cup races were held August 20-24th, and the Genesee, the Rochester Yacht Club craft, won the Cup.
